We offer nationwide shipping through J&T and Ninjavan.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • J&T and Ninjavan:

    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

    • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout

  • Lalamove (for local deliveries only):

    • Delivery Time: Same-day delivery, depending on your location and the courier's availability.

    • Shipping Fee: Shouldered by the customer.

Please note: Delays can occur due to high volume or postal service issues outside of our control.

 

Local Delivery

International Shipping

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your order on the courier's website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
