Returns Policy 

Returns are accepted only for defective items or if the product received does not match the agreed design or specifications.

Buyer must notify Seller within 3 days of receiving the item(s) and provide proof (e.g., photos of defects). Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Refunds  

Full refunds are provided for items deemed defective or mismatched after verification. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item(s).Full refund for non-custom items A 50% refund available for custom-designed items.

Cancellation 

If the project is canceled after work has begun, a fee of 20% of the total estimated value will apply. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund of the deposit. However, cancellations made after 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
